Thanks guys Quick courtesy service. Tried to troubleshoot before the tow but no avail. New truck, stupid sensors that cripple us. Good for the tow business. But thankful you're team tried

I highly recommend these guys. I ended up with a flat tire on i-90. I limped it 20 miles to their repair facility. They had the new tire put on within an hour. Probably shorter than that even I wasn't paying attention. They also noticed my wheel steel left the chat and decided to piss diff fluid all over the place. That was a little bit of a bigger task but pretty straightforward. They got it done quick and I was out the same day. All the employees were very respectful. They don't act like those idiots that work at Love's. Very clean and well maintained facility from what I can tell. Got to chat with one of the owners as well. Great guy.

Hit something on I39 in the dark. Couldn't get the spare tire off of my Wrangler on my own. Jim was there to get me in less than 10 minutes of calling and they had the tires swapped in less than 30 of calling. Amazing customer service and great price! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This shop is AWESOME. This is a family owned business that's been in business for more than 50 years. Their shop is clean and immaculate, the mechanics are honest, thorough and very helpful. They don't waste time, their hourly rate is very reasonable. I met two of the owners, they are there every day along with many other techs and mechanics, they work well together, you can tell they have a good morale. As soon as I pulled up to the property I knew I was in good hands, I follow my instincts and they are always correct (well 99% of the time!) There is also lots of truck parking, fuel and a store. The shop and towing service are 24 hours. They actually answer the phone on one or two rings. I had an issue with my turbo and they took care of me, with no price gouging, I was in and out of there in 1/2 a day. I can't think of anything else to say without gushing and sounding fake......but everything I've said is true. So one more time.....these are top tier professionals!

These guys are more thieves than other towing company, they come to tow from the Loves truck stop in Huntley, IL, wanted to tow a dropped trailer that was dropped there by someone, I don’t even know who, so I witnessed how the backed up with a truck that had absolutely no decals on it, no company name, expired IFTA on the side of the truck, while hooking up the trailer he hit that RGN trailer, he hit it so strong, definitely showing how unprofessional he is, didn’t know how to do it, pulled forward again, while pulling forward the trailer dropped from his frame to the ground and damaged the glad hand connections of that trailer. This guys would bot lose their opportunity to make money on someone, you could see how fast they were trying to do all that knowing that anytime the owner of that equipment could show up and they would lose their money. Towing mafia, stealing money from the poor truck drivers that barely make their living in this industry. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
